Shipping and payment

Germany:

We ship to Germany free of charge from €29.90 order value. Below that, we charge €4.90 for packaging and shipping.

Austria:

We ship to Austria free of charge from an order value of €49. Below that, we charge €7.90 for packaging and shipping.

Other countries within the EU:

We offer free shipping to other EU countries from an order value of €65. Below that, we charge €10 for packaging and shipping. There is no obligation to deliver abroad.

We offer the following payment methods in our shop:

• Prepayment: The invoice amount must be paid by bank transfer to Lurch’s account, as specified on the invoice, within two weeks of receiving the order confirmation. If we have not received payment by the end of the two-week period, Lurch is entitled to withdraw from the contract.
• Direct debit: The amount will be debited within 14 days (for business customers only).
• Klarna Instant Transfer: This is a real-time payment method from Klarna, whereby the amount is debited directly from your account via online banking.
• Debit card: All standard debit cards are accepted.
• Credit card: Your credit card will only be charged once the item has been dispatched.
• PayPal: Your PayPal account will be debited immediately upon receipt of the order.
• Klarna Invoice Purchase: When purchasing on account via Klarna, you usually have 30 days to settle the invoice amount after the goods have been dispatched. Payment processing and invoicing are handled directly by Klarna.
  • Important note: Please keep the original invoice from LURCH in a safe place. It serves as proof of purchase and is required for processing warranty and guarantee claims. Payment of the invoice is made exclusively via Klarna.
