How the Wursti Maker works
- Prepare the sausage mixture
First, prepare a smooth, easily mouldable sausage mixture using your selected ingredients. - Fill the mould
Next, carefully fill the mixture into the cavities of the silicone mould. - Seal
Then close the mould with the matching lid so that the sausages retain their typical shape. - Cook
Now cook the filled mould in a pot of hot water until the sausages are firm and cooked through. - Further processing
Finally, you can grill the sausages straight away or freeze them until your next barbecue party.
