How the Lurch asparagus peeler works
Let's get down to business! Attach the Lurch asparagus peeler to the table or your work surface with the help of the screw clamp. Now simply push the fresh asparagus through the opening from above, head first. Thanks to the sophisticated spring mechanism, six precision blades glide along the asparagus stalks and peel them cleanly and carefully. The tasty head of the asparagus is not damaged in the process. Longer asparagus can now be gripped from below and pulled completely through the machine. Or you can use the enclosed tool to push the asparagus past the six sharp blades from above.
This way you can peel even large quantities of asparagus cleanly, quickly AND without electricity!
