With the two perforated discs (fine & coarse), you can prepare high-quality minced meat from ingredients of your choice in no time at all. This allows you to determine the freshness, origin and taste yourself - perfect for burger patties, meatballs, lasagne, Bolognese, fillings or fine tartare.
