The Lurch dough card is a handy and multifunctional tool. With the thin functional side, you can easily smooth, divide and mix dough. The thicker handle side provides the necessary stability. The recess is ideal for scraping off whisks, dough hooks and other kitchen tools. This means you waste less of your delicious dough and makes cleaning easier.

Our silicone products are known for their great non-stick properties. With this card, we've gone one better! Thanks to a special mechanical surface treatment, we have improved the non-stick effect of the material. No dough sticks here. And the pastry card does not discolour!
