The Lurch Variohobel is multifunctional. Thanks to its infinitely variable adjustment (0 mm - 4 mm), you can determine the cutting thickness precisely.

Three interchangeable blade inserts are available: a smooth blade, a wavy blade for wavy and lattice cuts, and a julienne insert (with a fixed size) for the finest vegetable strips.

Thanks to the two switchable vertical blades in different cutting widths, you can cut not only slices but also sticks.

Safe working

A finger guard is included to protect your fingers so that you can work safely and comfortably. The rubberised feet of the Variohobel ensure a non-slip stand.
