The Lurch vegetable slicer with its extremely sharp blades turns courgettes, potatoes and carrots effortlessly into wafer thin slices. The hovering blade allows the stainless steel slicer to move in two directions at once – to speed up preparation time even more. On the critical last few centimetres, your fingers are protected by the end piece holder. Use the integrated crown grater for extra fine purée results.
