Wholemeal in a triangle

Have you noticed that triangular loaves at the baker's are almost always wholemeal? Now you can make your own, using fresh ingredients, just the way you like it. How healthy a loaf of bread is depends mainly on the flour used. The more wholemeal you use, the more nutrients you get. As wholemeal flour also includes the outer layers of the grain, the baked bread provides you with B vitamins, zinc, magnesium, iron and fibre. Wholemeal rye flour is particularly valuable as it contains a large supply of vitamins and minerals and ensures a long-lasting feeling of satiety.
