The robust and intelligent mechanics of the Meat Mincer enables highly efficient work. Disassembled into its individual parts, the LURCH mincer can be easily cleaned. Simple and uncomplicated production of minced meat, burger patties and sausage meat. With the additionally included biscuit attachment you can produce delicious biscuits like on an assembly line and without electricity! Recipe for delicious shortbread biscuits Ingredients for approx. 3 trays of cookies. For the dough: 450 g flour, 50 g cornflour, 250 g butter, 160 g finest sugar, ¼ TL baking powder, 1 pinch salt, 2 eggs, 1 egg, including the egg yolk for brushing, 2 tablespoons milk for brushing For decoration: Dark chocolate coating & chocolate / chocolate chips Step 1: Pour all ingredients for the dough into a mixing bowl and prepare a smooth shortcrust pastry with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Then chill the dough for about an hour. Step 2: Turn the cooled dough through the rotary grinder with splash attachment and roll the dough roll in the opposite direction for an intensive structure. Form the dough pieces into strips, wreaths or S-baked goods and place them on a baking tray covered with a baking mat. Step 3: Whisk the egg yolks and milk and brush the biscuits with them; then bake until light in a preheated oven: Baking time: 10 - 12 minutes, temperature: 190°C (top/bottom heat)Tip: For decoration dip cookies in chocolate coating or chocolate and decorate with chocolate chips.
