Description
Muffins simply always work - whether sweet or savoury, with toppings or plain, for birthdays or just in between. Here we provide you with the basic recipe for our Flexi Starter muffin moulds - 18 little treats in three different designs. You can then modify this to suit your taste or the occasion and work with other flavours, colours, toppings or fillings. Now nothing stands in the way of your sweet tooth.

Preparation
Prepare the muffins

Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat and melt the butter in a pan.

Remove the pan from the heat. Using a whisk, stir the sugar and vanilla sugar into the warm butter, then add the milk and eggs.

Combine flour with baking powder and salt, sift and add to butter mixture and stir.

Add chocolate chips, fruit and/or flavourings to the batter as desired.

Divide the batter evenly between the moulds and bake for 15 minutes.

Leave to cool briefly after baking and then turn out of the moulds.
