Here we have pulled out an absolute basic recipe for you. For a fruity ice cream, also known as sorbet, you can actually always count two parts fruit puree and one part puréed sugar. Lauter sugar is a syrup made from one part sugar and one part water - you can always have it in the fridge for various things. Admittedly: Normally, a sorbet is churned in a machine while freezing. We're not doing that here today. But it will still be damn tasty.

320 g (frozen) berries
80 g sugar
90 ml water

Preparation

  • Total time: 10 h

Prepare the popsicles

Put all the ingredients in a pan and bring to the boil briefly.

Then pour the fruit mixture into a blender jug, puree and then pass through a sieve.

Divide the ice cream mixture evenly between the moulds, press a stick into each mould and freeze for 10 hours or overnight.
