Ingredients for the spritz cookies

175 g flour
100 g butter
50 g Emmental cheese, grated
25 g Parmesan cheese, grated
0.5 Teaspoon(s) salt
2 Teaspoon(s) yoghurt

Preparation

Prepare the spritz cookies

Knead all the ingredients into a smooth dough, wrap in cling film and chill for approx. 60 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan oven, knead the dough thoroughly once.

Use the rotary grinder and the desired dough attachment to shape the spritz cookies and carefully place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake the spritz cookies in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until golden brown.
