Ingredients for

For the dough

2 eggs
70 sugar
100 g cocoa powder
200 ml oil
200 ml milk
200 g flour
1 Pack(s) baking powder
100 g chocolate chunks
100 ml cocoa (liquid)

for the creme

500 g cream cheese
400 ml cream
30 g powder sugar
vanilla extract

for the ganache

360 g dark chocolate
220 ml cream

for the topping

150 g chocolate puffs
40 g dark chocolate
10 g cocoa powder

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 160°C fan oven. Mix all the liquid ingredients (except the cocoa) and the sugar together.

Combine the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder, sieve into the liquid mixture and stir everything into a smooth batter. Fold in the chocolate chunks.

Pour the batter into the Terra Nova tin and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

After baking, leave the dough to cool briefly, prick a few times with a fork and pour the liquid cocoa over the dough and leave to soak in.

Mix the cream cheese with the vanilla and icing sugar until smooth.

Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the cream cheese.

Pour the cream over the cooled cake in the tin and smooth out.

Chop the chocolate coating. Bring the cream to the boil and then pour over the chopped couverture.

Wait a few minutes and then mix everything into a smooth ganache. Spread this evenly over the cream.

Melt the couverture and then place in a bowl with the chocolate puffs.

Stir in the cocoa powder until the chocolate puffs are evenly coated with a mixture of chocolate coating and cocoa powder and no longer stick together.

Spread the chocolate puffs over the chocolate dessert and then serve.
