Description
Everyone probably knows donuts and everyone has probably eaten one at some point. Everyone likes the sweet circles differently: some just love the fluffy dough, others prefer chocolate and yet others like the yeast pastry with sprinkles or sugar. However, frying the donuts makes the dough quite greasy and is therefore not the healthiest snack. But with our baking tin and the right recipe, you can now make donuts in the oven - which means they have significantly fewer calories! Try it out now!

Preparation
Prepare the donuts
1
Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat. Heat the milk slightly (approx. 35°C).
2
Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Mix the buttermilk and oil in a measuring jug.
3
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Then alternately add the flour mixture, the buttermilk and oil mixture and the yeast and mix everything into a smooth batter.
4
Divide the batter evenly between the moulds and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
5
Once baked, turn the donuts out of the tin immediately and leave to cool

Tip:
The donuts can be decorated as desired once they have cooled. Sugar and cinnamon, chocolate or various frostings are suitable for this. The decoration also adds a little sweetness to the donuts - the basic recipe itself is therefore slightly less sweet.
