Description
Many people are probably only familiar with fish fillet bordelaise from a large manufacturer of frozen ready meals. However, very few people realise that this dish is also easy to make yourself. It's actually really easy, as you'll find out in this recipe. And as always, there are no limits to your imagination: The type of fish you choose and whether there are a few more or fewer herbs is completely up to your taste.

Preparation
Prepare the fish

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan oven. Rinse the fish, pat dry and check for bones, removing them if necessary. Then coat the Terra Nova tin with a few drops of olive oil, lightly salt and pepper the fish fillets, sprinkle with a little lemon juice and place in the tin.

Finely chop the onion and mix with the herbs, spices, tomato puree, mustard, butter and breadcrumbs to form a paste-like mixture.

Spread the butter mixture evenly over the fish fillets and then cook in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

It goes very well with rice and vegetables such as tomatoes, which can be stewed directly in the Terra Nova dish.
