Description
You don't really need to say much more about jelly: everyone has eaten it before and most people love it. Whether plain or with vanilla sauce, jelly is almost always a favourite. This recipe will serve as a little inspiration the next time you're looking for something to bring to a party. Any flavour is allowed and maybe there's a fun ‘filling’ of jelly babies or whatever you can think of. Have fun!
Ingredients for
For the jelly
2
Bag(s)
jelly powder
160
g
sugar
1
l
water
OPTIONAL sweets, fruits, sprinkles, ...
Preparation
1
Prepare the jelly according to the instructions.
Note: We use ready-made jelly here, as it often gels a little more stably than homemade jelly. Advantage: This makes it easier to dissolve afterwards. Disadvantage: The quantity is not perfectly matched to the moulds.
2
Fill the jelly and decorate/‘fill’ with wine gums, fruit or whatever you like.
3
Allow the jelly to set and then freeze if necessary to make it easier to turn out. Note: It is best to try out the recipe once to see how the jelly behaves. This will also tell you whether you need to freeze the jelly or whether it will set.
