Kokomo ("The Byrdcave"-Style)

Description
This cocktail takes you to a beach in the Caribbean. When you hear Kokomo, you immediately think of the Beach Boys and their cocktail anthem. If you're expecting a cocktail with rum, you're mistaken. Gin provides the basis for this drink. But that doesn't matter at all. After all, Kokomo is not in the Caribbean (but in Indiana). Instead, the blueberry syrup colours the drink a deep blue and now you're already thinking of the ocean off the Bahamas. The right garnish of coconut shavings makes you feel completely at peace, and after the first sip at the latest, you'll be dreaming of the palm trees of the Caribbean island of your choice. Best regards from Timm Werner and the team at Byrdcave in Regensburg.
