Description
A bowl of summer holiday - that would be the perfect name for this salad! It contains many delicious ingredients that are familiar from Italian cuisine. Red tomatoes, green rocket, white mozzarella - these three ingredients alone are visually reminiscent of the colours of Italy. Parmesan cheese and pine nuts, along with aromatic olive oil and balsamic vinegar, round off the Italian feeling. A glass of wine, Italian songs - if that's not the Dolce Vita!

For the salad

200 g pasta of your choice
3 tomatoes
180 g tomatoes, dried
50 g rocket
50 ml olive oil
3 Tablespoon(s) balsamic vinegar
100 g pine nuts
125 g mozzarella
60 g parmesan

Preparation

Prepare the pasta salad

Cook the pasta according to the instructions, wash the rocket, coarsely grate the Parmesan and lightly toast the pine nuts.

Put the dried tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and half of the pine nuts and the Parmesan in the Multi Chopper and mix to a marinade. Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into even pieces.

Mix the cooked pasta with the marinade, tomatoes, mozzarella and pine nuts. Then carefully fold in the rocket and garnish with Parmesan.
