30 g butter
45 g honey
60 g cane sugar
250 g muesli mix to taste

Preparation

Prepare the muesli bars

Briefly bring the butter, honey and sugar to the boil.

Immediately add the butter-sugar-honey mixture to the muesli mixture and mix well.

Press the mixture evenly into the moulds. It helps to moisten your hands a little so that the mixture sticks less to your hands.

Bake in the oven at 130° C convection oven for 30 minutes.
