Description
With the Paper Plane, the important thing is that you bend both sides equally. With our cocktail, you measure out equal parts of whiskey, Aperol, Amaro and lemon juice. Sam Ross, the inventor of this cocktail, must have had that in mind when he was inspired by M.I.A.'s song of the same name.

Preparation
Prepare the drink

Put all the ingredients in a shaker with the smaller ice cubes (3cm) and shake for 10 seconds.

Strain the drink into a chilled glass with a large ice cube (5cm) and serve directly.

Tip:
In some bars the drink is garnished with a small paper aeroplane, we recommend a slice of organic lemon as an alternative.
