Pasta with oven feta

Description
This dish almost takes care of itself! While the finely seasoned tomatoes and feta are cooking in the oven, let the pasta cook. Pretty easy, isn't it? You only come back into play when both are ready. To mix, serve and - who would have thought it - enjoy!

Ingredients for
For the pasta

pasta of your choice, raw

feta cheese

cherry tomatoes

brown sugar
salt, pepper, chili to taste

rosemary, fresh

Preparation
Prepare the pasta

Poke the cherry tomatoes and put them together with the feta cheese in a baking dish or similar. Season with garlic, salt, pepper, sugar and herbs of your choice and add a little olive oil. Cook in the oven at 180°C convection oven for 30 minutes.

While the feta is baking, put the pasta water on to boil and cook the pasta al dente to your liking.

Mix the pasta together with the warm feta and the stewed tomatoes and serve and enjoy directly.
