Pear fig almond cake (for Flexi Starter)

Description
Everything really comes together here. Fruity-sweet pear, flavoursome dried figs and crunchy almond flakes. These little cakes really leave nothing to be desired. And best of all, the recipe is really super easy and quick to prepare. It's best to go shopping straight away and get everything you don't already have in your pantry and then it will be delicious!

Preparation
Bake the cakes

Beat the butter and sugar until creamy. Preheat the oven to 220°C top/bottom heat.

Add the egg, egg yolk, flour and baking powder one at a time and mix until smooth.

Peel and dice the pear. Cut the dried figs into cubes. Mix the diced pears and figs, almond flakes and dough together.

Divide the batter evenly between the moulds and bake for 20 minutes.
