Description
Pointed cabbage and minced meat stir-fry is an uncomplicated everyday dish that impresses with few ingredients and lots of flavour. Tender pointed cabbage meets juicy minced meat and combines in the pan to create a hearty, balanced meal. Ingredients for the stir-fry
1
kg
pointed cabbage
500
g
minced meat
400
ml
canned tomatoes, diced
200
ml
cream
2
Teaspoon(s)

salt, pepper
1

1
garlic clove
Preparation
Prepare the stir-fry
1
Fry the minced meat in portions in a large pan and then place in a bowl.
2
Meanwhile, finely slice the onion and pointed cabbage.
3
Once the minced meat is fried, sauté the onion and pointed cabbage in the same pan. If necessary, add the pointed cabbage to the pan gradually so that it can wilt a little and there is enough room for everything.
4
Add the minced meat back in and fill up with the tinned tomatoes. Season lightly, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes over low to medium heat.
5
Now add the cream and simmer everything again for about 10 minutes without the lid.
6
Finally, season to taste with salt, pepper and caraway seeds and serve.
