Friday is fish day! No, absolutely not! This dish should be served every day of the week, it's so delicious. And simple too. With a few simple steps, you can turn carrots into nicely shaped nests. Add a spicy paste of parsley, crème fraîche and mustard. Now everything is cooked in the oven. The result is a top-class fish parcel that you can look forward to!

1 kg carrots, thick
4 pollack fillets
200 g creme fraîche
0.5 Bunch(es) parsley
1 Teaspoon(s) mustard
100 g cheese, grated
salt, pepper

Prepare the dish

Preheat the oven to 175°C fan oven.

Peel the carrots, cut with a fine spaghetti blade and shape the spaghetti into nests in an ovenproof dish.

Wash and finely chop the parsley and mix with the crème fraîche and mustard. Season with pepper and salt to taste.

Fill two-thirds of the cream into the carrot nests.

Wash the fish fillets, dry them on a kitchen towel, sprinkle with salt and pepper and place them on the filled nests.

Brush the fish with the remaining cream and sprinkle with the cheese.

Cook the pollock nests in the oven for 15 minutes.
