Take a pan and a few ingredients ... this is how the preparation story of our quick pan bread could begin. This crispy bread is quick to make, guaranteed to succeed and very versatile. Try it as a side dish with curry, salad and barbecue. Our recipe also adds a delicious herb butter. The two together are also a delicious combination! Small tip: It tastes best fresh from the pan!

Preparation
Bake the bread

Knead the flour, yoghurt, baking powder and salt into a smooth dough and leave to rest briefly. During this time, heat a frying pan (28cm) until hot.

Divide the dough into 150 g pieces and roll each out into round patties with a little flour. Bake them one after the other in the dry, hot pan.

CAUTION: Especially with the first patty, make sure that it does not burn. Adjust the heat and cooking time if necessary.
Prepare the herb butter

Put the butter in a pan and heat until it has foamed once.

Finely chop the parsley and garlic, mix with honey and salt and then pour over the hot butter and stir.

This garlic and herb butter can be spread on the patties after baking or dipped.
