The question is what your fridge has to offer. And above all, what you can conjure up from it. Our quick pizza is just the thing! You're sure to have the few ingredients you need in the house. Mix them together, bake them - and your delicious meal is ready!

Preparation
Bake the pizza

Put the flour in a bowl, form a hollow and crumble in the yeast with a teaspoon of sugar. Add lukewarm water and leave to rise for 10 minutes.

Add the olive oil and salt and knead for a few minutes to form a smooth dough. Then cover and leave to rise for 60 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Knead the dough once, divide in half and roll out each half to fit a large flexi sheet.

Brush the dough with tomato paste, season with a little salt, pepper, garlic and oregano and top with salami and cheese.

Bake the pizza for 15 minutes.
