Description
These snack nuts are the perfect mix of spicy, sweet and wonderfully aromatic. When roasted in the oven, they develop their full aroma and take on an irresistibly crunchy texture. The marinade of mustard, sugar and Worcestershire sauce provides an exciting balance of heat, sweetness and depth, while fresh rosemary adds a subtle Mediterranean note. Whether as an accompaniment to an aperitif, a snack for social evenings or a little gift from the kitchen, these nuts are surprisingly easy to make and yet truly addictive. A snack that is guaranteed not to stay in the bowl for long.
