Description
Sometimes it's the simple ideas that prove to be particularly versatile in the kitchen. Snack pitas are small, soft flatbreads that can be transformed into a wide variety of delicacies in no time at all. Topped and briefly baked, they become mini pizzas; folded and filled, they resemble small burgers or sandwiches. They are just as good as a simple side dish for barbecues – perfect for dips, salads or grilled vegetables. Because they are so handy, they are ideal for social evenings, buffets or as a snack between meals. A versatile all-rounder that can be reinvented again and again.
