Description
Vegetables, and tubers in particular, are incredibly versatile. It almost seems obvious to make a batter from them and bake a waffle with them. And what can we say: these sweet potato waffles are really delicious. Slightly crispy on the outside, almost creamy on the inside. And thanks to the classic waffle pattern, even the smallest hands can get a good grip on them. And because the waffles are baked in the oven, we save even more fat.
