Description
Green, white, red - these are not only the colours of the Italian flag. They are also the colours of one of the country's most famous dishes: Caprese! Green for basil, white for mozzarella, red for tomatoes. And these are exactly the ingredients that give our delicious bratwurst some southern flair and make it especially tasty. How about the TRI COLORE bratwurst?

Preparation
Prepare the vegetarian sausages

Mix the tomato juice, vinegar, oil and spices. Cut the mozzarella into fine cubes.

Mix the seitan base, tomato juice and mozzarella cubes and knead into a dough.

Press 50g of dough per well into each mould and then cover with the lid.

Steam the closed moulds in the steamer/pot for 40 minutes.

Leave to cool briefly and then fry over a medium heat.
