Description
Banana bread is great - even children love it. The big advantage: a ripe and sweet banana provides enough flavour and sweetness in the dough and therefore no additional industrially produced sugar or other sweetener is needed. This is not only good for the body but also simply delicious!

Preparation
Bake the banana bread

Preheat oven to 180°C fan oven. Peel and finely mash the bananas.

Mix the banana puree with all the remaining ingredients except the cocoa to form a dough.

Pour about 2/3 of the batter into the tin and mix the remaining batter with the cocoa powder. Pour the dark-coloured batter into the tin and gently stir into the light-coloured batter.

Bake the banana bread in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Leave to cool briefly and then turn out of the tin.
