Ingredients for 30 cookies
- 250g
- flour
- 1/2 tsp
- sodium bicarbonate
- 1/2 tsp
- salt
- 170g
- butter, melted
- 200g
- brown sugar
- 50g
- vanila sugar
- 1
- egg
- 1
- egg yolk
- 200g
- chocolate, coarsly chopped
Melt the butter. Coarsely chop the chocolate. Mix all dry ingredients.
Add the egg, egg yolk and liquid but no longer hot butter to the dry ingredients and knead until coarse.
Add the chopped chocolate and knead until smooth.
Form the dough into balls of about 30-35g each. These can now be frozen or processed directly.
Place the balls (fresh or frozen) at a sufficient distance on a baking tray with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C circulating air. Fresh dough takes about 8 minutes, frozen dough balls about 12 minutes.
After baking, the cookies have to cool down a bit. After a few minutes they can be easily transferred.
