Ingredients for one cake

- butter
- 125 g
- sugar
- 3
- eggs
- 1 pinch
- salt
- 4 drops
- lemon extract
- 200 g
- flour
- 2 tsp.
- baking powder
- 1-2 tbsp.
- milk
- 600 g
- apples
Stir the soft butter with the sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs, salt and lemon extract.
Mix the flour with the baking powder, sift. Stir into the mixture alternately with the milk.
Pour the mixture into the mould.
Peel, quarter and core your apples, then make several lengthways slits and lay them on the mixture.
Preheat the oven to 170 -C (fan assisted at 160 -C). Bake the cake in the middle of the oven for approx. 40-50 minutes.
