1 cup
honey water (1 tbsp honey+3tbsp water)

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Preheat oven and melt butter in a pot.

Step 2

Remove the pot from the heat and stir the sugar and vanilla sugar into the warm butter with a whisk, then add the milk and egg.

Step 3

Mix flour, baking powder and salt and stir into the butter mixture. Then spread the dough evenly over the moulds (about 1/3 filled).

Step 4

Wash apples, remove seeds and cut into very thin, even slices with a slicer.

Step 5

Cut the apple slices in half and press them into the dough from the outside to the inside so that they look like roses. 

Step 6

Brush the rose muffins with a little honey water and then bake at 180°C top/bottom heat for 10 minutes.
