Ingredients for one cake

baking powder

margarine

white wine

vanilla sugar

apples

custard powder
200 ml
cream (optional)

brittle (optional)

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Make a kneading dough from flour, baking powder, margarine and an egg and chill it briefly.

Step 2

Core the apples and cut them into slices. Bring to the boil together with sugar, vanilla sugar and white wine.

Step 3

Preheat oven. Line the springform pan evenly with the dough. 

Step 4

Pour the slightly cooled mixture into the mould and bake at 175°C for 50-60 minutes.

Optional

Whip 200ml cream until stiff, spread on the cake and sprinkle evenly with brittle.
