fresh yeast

canola oil

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Make a pre-dough from flour, yeast, water and sugar and let it rise for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Add oil and salt, knead a smooth dough and let it rise for 60 minutes.

Step 4

Divide the dough into four equally sized portions (approx. 110g) and form rings. Cover and leave to rise in the mould until they protrude slightly over the edge of the mould (approx. 20-30 min).

Step 5

Brush with egg, sprinkle with sesame or similar if necessary and bake at 180 C° convection oven for approx. 15-20 minutes.
