Basic recipe cookie stamp

Ingredients for approx. 30 cookies

250 g
butter or margarine at room temperature
200 g
extra fine sugar
500 g
1 pinch
1 sachet
vanilla sugar

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1:

Using an electric whisk, mix the butter, sugar, salt, eggs and vanilla sugar until creamy. Continue to work with a dough hook and gradually add the flour.

Step 2:

When the dough is firm, use your hands to form into a ball. Wrap the ball in cling film and leave in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Step 3:

Roll out the cold dough so that it is about 1-cm thick. Use the cutter to cut out a cookie and immediately stamp a design into it. Do not remove the ring whilst imprinting your design.

Step 4:

Bake the cookies at 170 -C for 8-10 minutes.


Work the cold dough as quickly as possible. Warm, soft and sticky dough is more likely to stick to the silicone. Dust the stamp and baking utensils with flour if needed.
