Ingredients for twelve muffins
- 1 pinch
- 2 level tsp
- baking powder
- 1 pack
- vanilla sugar
Preheat oven and melt butter in a pot.
Remove the pot from the heat. With a whisk, stir sugar and vanilla sugar into the warm butter, then add milk and eggs.
Mix flour with baking powder and salt and add to the butter mixture and stir.
Refine the dough with chocolate chips, fruit and/or flavours as desired.
Spread the dough evenly on the tins and bake at 180°C top/bottom heat for 15 minutes.
