Cake with Hugo filling for 2-tier cake

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Cream the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until the mixture is twice its original volume.
 

Step 2

Add the oil and the liquid and keep stirring. Finally, mix the flour with the baking powder and fold into the dough. Baking time 45 minutes at 170 degrees bottom/top heat

Step 3

Whip the cream and add the quark, yoghurt, sugar and gelatine. Add the Hugo and elderflower syrup to the mixture and mix well.

Step 4

Prepare the jelly according to the instructions (only about 1/3 of the package is needed). Wash the raspberries and crush them with a fork.

Filling the cake

Cut through the floor 2 times to create 3 floors. Spread the quark yoghurt mixture on the lowest one and place the 2nd cake layer on top. Spread the raspberries on the 2 bases and pour the jelly over them and place the 3rd base on top and spread the quark yoghurt mixture over it again. Finally, spread the cake's edge with the quark yoghurt mixture.
