Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Mix oil and sugar for one minute in a bowl. 

Step 2

Whisk one whole egg and one egg yolk (save the egg white) and add slowly to the oil/sugar mixture while stirring.

Step 3

Chop the walnuts, grate the carrots and mix them carefully with the coconut flakes, alternating with the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, sodium bicarbonate, spices).

Step 4

Beat the egg white with a pinch of salt and gently fold into the mixture. Then divide the mass evenly over the moulds. 

Step 5

Bake at 160° C circulating heat for about 35 minutes.
