Ingredients for one cake

- vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch

- 250g
- flour
- 50g
- cocoa powder
- 1 pack
- baking powder
- 2 tbsp
- milk
- 150g
- chocolate drops
- 150g
- chocolate glaze, dark
Mix the butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.
Add the eggs bit by bit and stir in vigorously.
Mix flour, cocoa and baking powder. Add this in portions to the butter-egg mixture with the addition of milk. Add chocolate drops to the dough and mix evenly.
Pour the dough into the tin and bake at 180° C top/bottom heat for about 15 minutes. Then take it out of the oven briefly and cut it lengthwise in the middle with a knife. Bake for another 40 to 50 minutes.
Melt the couverture over a water bath and spread it over the finished cake.
