For 12 Chocolate Cakes
- 200 g
- butter, melted
- 180 g
- couverture, bittersweet
- 160 g
- sugar
- 4
- eggs
- 180 g
- flour
Preheat the oven at 200° C circulating heat.
Melt the chocolate couverture together with the butter. Mix the eggs and sugar and stir in the mixture of couverture and butter. Add the flour slowly and stir the mixture until smooth.
Distribute the dough evenly into the moulds and bake in a preheated oven for about 9 minutes. Allow the cake to cool briefly and then remove carefully from the mould.
