Ingredients for one stuten

fresh yeast

white chocolate

dark chocolate

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Put the flour in a bowl and form a cool.

Step 2

Crumble the yeast together with the sugar in the hollow and pour 200ml lukewarm milk over it. Let it go for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Chop the chocolate coating. Add the remaining ingredients to the flour and knead everything into a smooth dough. Let rest for 45 minutes.

Step 4

Knead the dough well, form it into a loaf and let it rise in the mould for another 45 minutes. Preheat the oven.

Step 5

When the dough has risen well, glaze with some milk. Then the stuten is baked for 30 minutes at 175° top/bottom heat. After baking let it cool down briefly and then turn out of the tin and let it cool down completely on a rack.
