Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Preheat oven. Cream butter, 50g sugar and vanilla sugar.

Step 2

Add the eggs bit by bit and stir in.

Step 3

Mix flour and baking powder and fold into the mixture alternately with the almonds.

Step 4

Place in a round tin (approx. 15cm, e.g. Lurch Flexiform cake tin set of 3) and bake for 20 minutes at 160°C fan oven. After baking let it cool down on a rack.

Step 5

Soak the gelatine. Mix coconut milk, quark and mascarpone as well as 150g sugar to a cream.

Step 6

Heat the gelatine in a pot with 3 tablespoons of the cream. Remove the pot from the heat, stir in another 5 tbsp. and then add the contents of the pot back to the remaining cream and fold in.

Step 7

Whip 100ml cream until stiff and fold into the coconut cream. Moisten hemispherical shape slightly and line with cling film. Fill in coconut cream.

Step 8

Place the cake base on the cream and press down gently. Let it cool down for 2-3 hours.

Topple cake. Whip 200ml cream until stiff, cover the cake with it and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
