Ingredients for the dough

Knead all ingredients to a smooth dough and chill for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven. Remove smaller portions of the dough. Flour the work surface as well as the dough well and then roll it out thinly with a rolling pin. Use the cutters to cut out the cookies and place them on a baking tray with baking paper.
Bake the cookies for about 10-15 minutes at 170°C Oder underheat. Afterwards let them cool down and decorate them as you wish or enjoy them directly.
