Ingredients for about 24 cookies

- flour
- 1 pack
- vanilla sugar
- 125g
- icing sugar
- 125g
- butter
- 1 pinch
- salt
- 1
- egg, small
- optional
- icing sugar, lemon juice, food coloring
Mix flour, icing sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Add egg and butter and mix with the dough hook to a smooth dough.
Wrap dough in cling film and refrigerate.
Remove small pieces of the dough and press into the respective mould and smooth down.
Bake at 150°C fan oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
Mix icing sugar and lemon juice and colour as desired. Decorate the biscuits with the icing as desired.
