Ingredients for one tray of crispbread
- 60 g
- spelt flour (or wheat)
- 70 g
- oat flakes
- 140 g
- kernelmix as desired
- 1 pinch
- salt
- 1 shot
- olive oil
- 200 ml
- water
- 50 g
- grated cheese
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Chop nuts or larger seeds/kernels slightly if necessary. Preheat the oven.
Let the dough swell briefly and then spread thinly on the baking sheet.
Bake the crispbread at 150°C for 10 minutes. Then cut the crispbread into the desired size.
If desired, sprinkle the crispbread with grated cheese (Parmesan or similar) and bake for another 40 - 50 minutes until dry. Let it cool down and pack it accordingly.
