Ingredients for four puff pastry bagels
- 2 pack
- puff pastry
- to taste
- sesame or what you like
Preheat the oven: lay out the puff pastry flat and cut out twelve rings, each 15cm in diameter. Prick a hole of 3cm diameter in the middle.
Whisk the egg and milk together and coat each dough ring with it.
Place three dough rings on top of each other with the coated side facing upwards and press the edges lightly together. Carefully place them in the mould.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds or similar and bake at 200°C top/bottom heat for 15 minutes (or according to packaging instructions)
