Ingredients for six mini savarins
- 1 pack
- vanilla sugar
- canola oil
- 2 tsp
- baking powder
- butter, for the tins
- breadcrumbs for the tins
- eggnog, for coating
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar well. Add the oil and the advocaat bit by bit. Mix the flour and the baking powder, sieve it onto the mixture and stir it in completely.
Grease the moulds well and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. In this recipe the dough has a similar consistency to sponge cake. Therefore, greasing and sprinkling is necessary. Pour the dough into the tins and place them on a baking tray. Now bake the cake on the middle shelf for 25 minutes.
Remove the ring cake minis from the oven with the baking tray and let them cool down for 10 minutes. Now the little cakes can be turned over.
Before serving - if you like - pour some more advocaat over the juicy mini cakes.
