Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Important

Concerning condensed milk: SUGARED condensed milk can be caramelised in the can - this creates a kind of toffee. Either you can buy condensed milk that has already been boiled (so the toffee is already ready) or you buy sweetened condensed milk in a can and cook it at home for about 3 hours.

Step 1

(Cook condensed milk if necessary. Then) Preheat oven to 175°C top/bottom heat.

Step 2

Mix flour, baking powder and cocoa. Beat the eggs together with the sugar until a creamy mixture is formed.

Step 3

Slowly add the oil while stirring. Then carefully fold in the flour mixture with a dough spatula.

Step 4

Put the dough into the form and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Let it cool down a little after that.

Step 5

Turn over the cooled fruit base and spread with toffee. Then peel the bananas and cut them into slices - then drape them over the cake.

Step 6

Whip the cream with cream stiffener and chill. Decorate the cake with a little melted chocolate coating and place the whipped cream on the cake just before serving.
